WHY ARE THERE NO AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS WHEN I ENTER MY COUNTRY AT CHECKOUT?

HOW TO POWER THE LIGHTS?

The Lbase Power Station uses an exclusive magnetic field resonance system to power specially designed wireless LED lights. When the Power Station is turned on, the LEDs automatically light up when placed within the power supply field. Simply attach the LED lights to an object or place them on the Power Station to see them illuminate. These LED lights are wireless and waterproof, making them ideal for a wide range of projects.

 

WHAT VOLTAGE DO THE LIGHT KITS RUN ON?

All of our lighting products run on 5 volts.

 

DO THE LIGHTS GENERATE HEAT?

All of our lights are LED and produce no heat, ensuring safe and continuous operation. Our products are designed with safety in mind, allowing them to run continuously without any risk of overheating.

 

ARE THE LIGHTS SAFE FOR MY CHILD?

Our products are safe for children over the age of 4. However, adult supervision is required as the small parts may be challenging for children to connect. This supervision ensures both safety and proper use of the components.

The wireless LED system includes a wireless power base and wireless lights. The base, connected to power, generates a magnetic field around it. When wireless lights come into proximity with this field, they illuminate without physical contact. This technology allows for flexible and convenient placement of lights without the need for direct wiring.

 

WHAT'S THE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HIDE THE WIRED PART WITH COVERS?

Yes, you can conceal the wire part with materials other than metal. This allows for customization and integration of the LED lights into various setups without compromising their functionality.

 

WHAT'S THE RANGE FOR THESE WIRELESS LEDS?

For a PG model like the Astray, a larger and more powerful model such as the FA24V may be suitable due to its extended range and stronger magnetic field. This ensures that even lights placed a few inches away from the base can still operate reliably.

 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LED TYPES?

The LEDs come in various sizes denoted by numbers like 7#, 5#, 4#, T4#, and T3#. Larger numbers indicate larger LEDs suitable for different scales of models—from Lego toys (7#) to 1/144 scale gunplas (T3#). Each size offers different levels of brightness and ease of use, catering to different model building preferences and skill levels.

 

WHAT'S THE SIZE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LBASE AND OTHER MODELS?

LBASE is a larger LED model designed to provide enhanced lighting effects compared to smaller models. Specific dimensions vary by model type (e.g., 7# versus T3#), with larger sizes generally offering more luminosity and coverage, suitable for detailed and visually striking displays.

 

CAN I CHOOSE WHETHER THE LIGHTS WOULD BE ADHESIVE? WHAT'S THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME?

Depending on the model type, LEDs may include blue tack or double-sided tape for easy attachment to models. Shipping typically takes about two weeks, though exact times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

 

WHICH LED MODEL WORKS BEST FOR MG AND PG LINE OF GUNPLAS?

For Master Grade (MG) gunplas, T4# LEDs are recommended for their balanced size and brightness. They provide sufficient illumination without overwhelming smaller details. For Perfect Grade (PG) models, larger options like FA24V ensure comprehensive coverage and vivid lighting effects suitable for larger scales.

 

WOULD HAVING TWO COILS(ONE BELOW AND ONE BEHIND THE MODEL) INTERFERE WITH EACH OTHER OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO LEDS?

Placing two coils in close proximity may cause interference but will not damage the LEDs. It's advisable to maintain a distance of at least 4cm between coils to minimize interference and ensure optimal functioning of the wireless LED system.

 

WILL LEAVING THE LEDS ON FOR EXTENDED PERIODS DAMAGE GUNPLAS?

Our LEDs are designed for prolonged use and are safe for continuous operation, even exceeding 24 hours. They generate minimal heat and pose no risk of melting or damaging plastic models like gunplas.

 

COULD THE LED SYSTEM POTENTIALLY DAMAGE NEARBY ELECTRONICS?

The LED system operates at a lower power level than typical wireless charging pads, minimizing the risk of interference or damage to nearby electronics. It's advised not to place the base on metal surfaces to avoid reducing the effective range of the magnetic field.

 

WHY SHOULD THE BASE NOT BE PLACED NEAR ELECTRONICS OR ON METAL SURFACES?

Electronics contain metals that can affect the frequency of the magnetic field generated by the base. Higher frequencies may reduce the effective range of the LEDs, limiting their functionality. It's recommended to keep the base away from electronics and non-ferrous metals to ensure optimal performance and range of the wireless LED system.
